Took over the manager's role at the start of season 2007 2008 and won the Hunts Premier Cup in his first season in charge. Playing career was spent at Bedford Town and went on to manage a successful Bedford Town youth side before taking over as manager at Ampthill Town. |

Former Biggleswade United player during his younger years who then went on to become a regular at Arlesey Town, Stotfold and Eynesbury Rovers Brought back in to the United fold after gaining his coaching qualifications by Director of Football, Brian Swords. Has brought his no nonsense playing style in to his coaching style. |

Wing Back and Captain, 26. “Scouse”. Sixth season – key member of the squad enjoying many cup and League successes. Was immense as Captain last season and continues to lead by example. Hard working full back.

Defender, 20. “Jonesy”. Joined at the start of last season from Stevenage Borough Academy – outstanding first season at senior level. Won Players’ Player, Young Player and Supporter's Player of the year 07/08. Great maturity for the game.

Wing back, 32. Experienced left sided player who joined at the start of the season and has already impressed pre-season with his no nonsense style of play and deft left foot. Assures us he takes no prisoners! Has previously played at Bedford Town and Wootton Blue Cross.

Midfield, 21. “Dray”. Another regular last term who is quickly becoming a favourite amongst the United faithful. Strong player who links well with both defence and front line.

Now regarded as a United stalwart who spent last season under the surgeon’s knife but keen to get back and resume his position as one of United’s best and most consistent players of the past ten years. Highly respected player who is sadly temporarily unable to commit to Saturdays due to work commitments.

Midfield, 17. Made his debut against Harefield United on Saturday 25th October after impressing the United management team while training with the senior squad and playing for United's successful Under 18 team. Shows significant maturity for the game in a central midfield position. |

Striker, 29. “Slacky”. Vastly experienced player who won the equivalent of the FA Cup while living in New Zealand. Another who spent last season out through injury but thankfully back to bring his skill and footballing knowledge to the side.

Striker, 20. “Minty”. Joined United mid season last term and put in some good performances culminating in the winning goal to secure the Hunts Premier Cup. Young player who is showing progress in every game he plays. Will be looking to make the number 9 shirt his own.

Striker, 22. “Mano”. New signing who has produced some excellent performances pre-season. He may appear small for a centre forward but packs a bundle of power and very skillful.

Midfield 19, “Sammy”. Another player who enjoyed national recognition for his success at Under 18 level for Bedfordshire. Strong utility player who United wish was available every week but University keeps him away during term time.

Midfield, 21. Has had an exceptional pre-season and could be the player to take up the goalscoring mantle and individuality of United favourite Robbie O’Dell. So let’s see if he can keep a cool head and step up to the mark.
